CHARLIE BROWN:

Though lovable and adorable, according to psychiatric diagnosis, Charlie Brown suffers from “Avoidant Personality Disorder”. People suffering from this disorder think about their shortcomings a lot. Seemingly optimistic, Charlie is often overwhelmed by his insecurities and terrible “bad luck”.

HELGA PATAKI:

Helga’s popular quote, ”How I love you…and yet I hate you…and yet I love you…and yet I hate you…and yet I love you.” is a proof that Helga suffers from Bipolar Disorder. Her tomboy personality portraying a tough exterior is completely in contrast with her manic outbreaks at the time of stress and trouble.

HULK/BRUCE BANNER:

It is very obvious that Bruce Banner suffers from Intermittent explosive disorder, or in other words anger issues. Whenever something upsets Bruce Banner, he loses his cool and turns into a green angry monster.

MINIONS:

One of the extremely lovable creatures, Minions suffer from Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. They get easily distracted by almost anything and love having fun. Most of all, they are unable to control themselves from acting out on impulse.

DEXTER:

Dexter mostly shows the symptoms of Asperger’s Syndrome. He struggles with social interactions, and admits that he is unpopular. He has a limited range of interests, with repetitive behaviours, and his strange accent could be representation of his communication difficulties.
